Company: Since 1983 it produces sausages. In the beginning they were made in a traditional kitchen where a fire was made to dry the smoke in sticks. Over time and with the new standards of hygiene and food safety, the company SALSIBEIRA was founded in July 1989. All the smoked products are dried with holm oak in order to give them the typical flavor of this sausage.
